Customization Process
We are committed to making your sculpture customization process smooth, transparent, and tailored to your specific needs. Follow our updated step-by-step guide to bring your ideas to life:
Step 1: Share Your Vision & Receive a Quote
Provide us with your project details, including images, dimensions, and specific requirements. Based on your input, we will evaluate your project and provide a customized quote with a clear timeline. Once you receive the quote, you can choose one of the following options:
- Option A: Request a 3D model before proceeding to production. This requires an upfront design fee (amount based on product specifications). If you proceed with the full order, this fee will be credited toward the total project cost.
- Option B: Approve the quote directly and confirm the order to proceed to production without a preliminary model.
Step 2: Design Deposit for 3D Modeling
For Option A, pay the required design fee to begin the creation of a 3D model. Once completed, the 3D model will be sent to you for review. After your approval of the model and confirmation to proceed, the project will move forward to production.
Step 3: Proceed to Production
If you select Option B, we will schedule your order for production immediately after receiving your confirmation. For Option A, once the 3D model is finalized and approved, we will initiate production.
Step 4: Production & Quality Assurance
Make a partial or full payment (depending on the order value) to begin production. Throughout the production process, we will provide regular updates, including photos and videos, to keep you informed. A comprehensive quality inspection will ensure that your sculpture meets all agreed-upon specifications.
Step 5: Approval & Packaging Custom
Approve detailed photos of the completed sculpture before shipping. Your sculpture will be securely packed in customized packaging to ensure safe transportation.
Step 6: Shipping & Delivery
Shipping will be arranged via sea, air, or land, based on your preference, and tracking details will be provided. After delivery, our team will remain available to assist with any questions or concerns.
